STEP 1

Step 1: Complete the Preliminary Intake Form

The preliminary intake form takes just 1–2 minutes to complete and can be filled out instantly from any laptop, desktop, or mobile device. This form accommodates all three of our active enrollment paths: Individual Students (Home School Parents), Partnering Micro/Private Schools, and Churches or Organizations.
 
Before you begin, please ensure you have your primary contact email, full organizational details, and the total number of students you wish to register ready. Submitting this form secures your registration and provides our administration with the details required to accurately calculate and generate your custom program invoice.
STEP 2

Step 2: Pay Invoice 1 (Upfront Fees)

Once you submit your intake form, our administration will review your details and email you Invoice 1, which is generated directly from the total number of students you register. To secure your placement and lock in your exclusive Founding Family Rate, immediate payment is required for the upfront onboarding fees: 1) the non-refundable $100 application fee per student plus 2) the non-refundable $300 annual Technology Setup Fee (per grade level).
 
Securing these fees is a required step before official registration forms are distributed.
 
Finalizing this payment successfully establishes your account and prepares your family, partnering school, or ministry hub for full access to our comprehensive course catalog and customized Kingdom portal environment.

Receive Orientation Instructions + Access (December 2026)

Once your upfront fee invoice is paid and confirmed, you will receive your customized login credentials and a welcome email with full onboarding instructions.
Orientation will walk you through how to prepare your unique learning environment—arranging your student workspace, organizing supplies, and setting up materials—so your learners are ready to thrive from day one. After completing orientation, you can explore the portal beginning December 2026, manage your active digital courses, and organize your curriculum resources to begin the learning journey with absolute confidence.
